Dedicated Client Service Officer
A dedicated
Client Service Officer is assigned to each client institution to
assist in new business presentations to substantial prospects and
account review meetings for larger accounts. Client Service Officers
visit on a regular basis, providing updates on developments at
Wright and introducing new or upgraded products. They are also
available to provide support in internal management meetings and/or
in new business or business-retention meetings with prospects or
clients.
